Are You Interested in Joining a Rapidly Growing Team in the Dallas Area?

 

When I got into real estate, right after I graduated from Texas A&M five years ago, I joined Keller Williams because of the training. I knew that I could go there, learn, and grow in the industry. Over the last five years, Keller Williams has coached me at such a high level that, just last year, we sold $85 million in real estate just in the Austin area alone!

 

Right now, our team consists of 20 people and we’re all in our 20’s and early 30’s! This year, we’re expanding into the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The purpose of this post is to reach out to potential candidates and share some information about our team and what we do.

 

We’ve created a centralized hub here in Austin that facilitates all the lead generation and the administrative and customer service work involved in a real estate deal. Our goal is to keep our agents out in the field and producing; we want our agents to do what they got into the business to do: sell houses, negotiate, show properties, take listings, and really do a good job for their clients.

 

We currently have people cold-calling all day long in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. They are calling area codes, expired listings, FSBOs, and we’re generating extremely high-quality leads for our agents in Dallas. We also have inbound lead generators, so as we generate leads from the internet, sign calls, and text leads, we have someone to respond immediately, reach out five times in the initial day the lead comes in, and then follow a rigorous plan of staying in touch with those leads over the next 21 days.

 

As agents ourselves, we understand that one of the hardest things to do once you get into the industry is go out and find clients. Most agents end up spending up to 90% of their day generating leads because they don’t have any business to actually work. Our goal is to keep our agents at full capacity out in the field. We have successfully mastered that.

We are looking for someone who is assertive, self-accountable, and results-oriented. As a salesperson, we’re looking for someone who has great communication and social skills, can work in a fast-paced environment, and has an independent, big-picture mindset.
