Leveraged Lead Generation is now part of Tim Heyl Training!
Rigorous prospecting and lead follow-up are two of the most basic yet elusive factors in the success of any real estate team. In the Group Coaching program, “Leveraged Lead Generation,” you will learn how to build a prospecting culture designed to eliminate the question, “where will my next deal come from?”

This Group Coaching course arms you with models to organize: a sales team, buyer and listing prospecting systems, and accountability and tracking strategies, in addition to scripts and role-playing techniques that will transform your business.

The first 3 months of this program are geared specifically to the rainmaker, and the last month is a four week training for ISAs, Lead Coordinators and VA ISAs. ISA Bootcamp – Onsite Shadowing Program
The inside sales role is quickly becoming one of the most important parts of a mega team. At the Heyl Group, we have pioneered the integration of multiple inside sales people dedicated to both inbound and outbound sales. This industry leading training is now available to your ISA.

Our onsite shadowing program places your ISA in our Engine Room (call center) for 2 days of side-by-side work with the Heyl Group’s ISAs on live calls. Director of Sales, Sarah Jahn, will be coaching and training your ISA in best practices that they can bring back to your team in order to hit the ground running and sharpen their skills.

This program costs $2,000 and shows your ISA how they can achieve specific lead generation benchmarks within that time-frame. This program is available to 2 ISAs per month and excludes travel and accommodation expenses.

Rainmaker Immersion – Onsite Shadowing Program
Abraham Lincoln once said, “give me 6 hours to cut down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.” At the Heyl Group we firmly believe that a learning-based approach is one of the most important keys to success in real estate or any other industry.

Our onsite shadowing program provides an opportunity for rainmakers, top lenders and mega agents to “sharpen the axe” by immersing themselves in our environment and culture for a day. You will gain firsthand experience of our business’ every aspect, including: the engine room (ISA call center), lead coordination team, agent team, account management department, marketing department and leadership. MAPS Coach Tim Heyl will guide you on a one-on-one basis as you take this deep dive.

This single business day program is offered at a cost of $5,000 and can include up to 5 individuals that may either be on the same or different teams. Travel and accommodation are not provided, and this program is only available once monthly.
