Introducing Our Soft Nurture Program
Today I want to introduce you to a really great program that we’ve started to use here at the Heyl Group. We like to call it our ‘Soft Nurture’ program and it’s for those people that you’ve spoken with who have expressed interest in buying a home, but just cannot do so right away.
Our soft nurture program is aimed at qualified leads who are interested in buying or selling a home in the next year or year and a half. We like to ‘nurture’ our leads by placing them into our ‘soft nurture’ database and we reach out to them every four or five months just to gauge their level of interest. If they’re still interested in buying a home, then we move them into our regular nurture database instead of our soft nurture database.
I also want you to know that I’m starting a Webinar series with Frank Klesitz from Vyral Marketing and it’s going to be called The Leveraged Lead Generation Hangout. We’ll be speaking about lead generation every month, and I’ll be sure to send you some more information on that as we move forward.
